If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this return and refund policy:
- Company (referred to as either the company, we, us or our in this agreement) refers to COMPUTER MEGA IT, NGM plaza, # 83/1 ground floor, Sadarpatrappa rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560002.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.
- Service refers to the website.
- Website refers to COMPUTER MEGA IT, accessible from www.computermegait.in
- You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Unboxing video compulsory
- The goods were purchased in the last 3 days
- The goods are in the original packaging with any complimentary gift provided along with it.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- Gaming furniture are not returnable, only replacement can be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Condition for Refund:
- We will refund the amount after deducting charges (if applicable)
- Refund process will take 2-4 working days after receiving product(subject to verification) and it will reflect on your original source of payment

Cancellation policy varies on different state of order:
- Not Dispatched: if you want to cancel your order before its dispatch, we will accept the cancellation and refund the amount after deducting a nominal charge of 3.5% of the order value. Amount settlement will take 2-4 business days after receiving request.
- Dispatched: once product has been dispatched and you want to cancel the order, we will refund the amount after deducting shipping charges (both side) and nominal charge of 3.5% of order value. Amount settlement will take 2-4 business days after receiving request.
- Delivered: once product has been delivered and you want to cancel the order, we will accept only in case of product DOA (dead on arrival) and within 3 days after delivered. Our team will verify the product after receiving from you. If its DOA, we will either send new product or refund the amount (if stock is not available). No deduction is applicable on DOA cases.
- Delivered but not DOA: in such cases, if product is not opened and company seal is not broken then we will accept cancellation within 3 days after delivered, our team will verify the product after receiving and refund the amount after deducting shipping charges (both side) and nominal charge of 5% of order value. Amount settlement will take 2-4 business days after receiving request
- Pre Ordered: no cancellation is accepted for pre ordered products.
- While returning a product please make sure its properly packed with brand seal (except DOA cases).
- To avoid cancellation please check your requirement or talk to us for any clarification on particular model and their compatibility.
- COMPUTER MEGA IT would not accept any damaged, defective, seal broken (expect DOA cases) or wrong product.
